MacMedics excels in the service they provide because almost all of their technicians are Apple trained. My iMac was running very slow and I needed a quick turnaround. I now have blazing fast speed on my Mac! It launches in 19 seconds. Photoshop launches in 6 secs. I can’t believe it! They also repaired a known iMac hinge issue with the stand for my model at no charge. Apple shipped the part to them directly for the repair. I greatly appreciate their service.

DROBO Data resurrection!

So recently, I had a hard drive failure and I was staring down the barrel of 4 years of photos vanished into the digital ether. After several attempts to recover the data on my own, I enlisted the pros at Mac Medics. Kyle and Dana came through in grand fashion! Recovered everything in less than a week and for an EXTREMELY reasonable fee! So while I am hoping to never need this aspect of their services again, I absolutely recommend them and encourage you to contact them for all your Apple product repair needs. They certainly saved my skin this time!

Absolutely the best service!

First of all, Dana at MacMedics provided me the absolutely best service when I was trying to find a refurbished laptop for my daughter. He’s got a variety of laptops — all in great condition — and gave me excellent advice when choosing the best computer. The most amazing discovery, my daughter’s laptop was stolen from her car and Dana had a sticker on the computer that my daughter had not taken off. The police called MacMedics and Dana had kept the serial number with my purchase. So we got our computer back.

Great Expertice! Reliable, Fast, Honest, Affordable!

I was a Mac convert only a few years ago. My kids have been using Macs for years, all through high school and college. We’ve purchased from, and had MacMedics servicng our Macs since 2005, that 1st MAC I bought my now 25 year old, is still in operation in 2014. I purchased my Macbook Air, second hand from MACMEDICS 3 years ago, I’m kind of tough on it, Ive used it everywhere with my MiFi hotspot. Ive had it serviced 3 separate times by them.
